To find a suitable replacement for alcohol as a flavor carrier, we went the extra mile once again with Brick Free. Artificial flavorings and preservatives were simply not an option and wouldn't have met our standards. Therefore, the base of juniper, lemon, and cubeb pepper was complemented by three additional natural ingredients. The dominant note here is the bitter-fresh bergamot, which defines the character of Brick Free.
Add a hint of spicy cardamom and a pinch of bitter thyme. Combined with pure spring water, this distillate creates a refreshing and complex taste experience, sustainably produced in Germany and bottled in our award-winning bottle design.
