The slender organic juniper aroma and the macerate of cubeb pepper are perfectly balanced with fresh lemon.
The golden color comes from the cubeb pepper macerate. This develops a variety of flavors that make the Brick Gin appear full and well-rounded despite its reduction to three botanicals. Cubeb pepper is the typical character of Brick Gin.
