To find an adequate substitute for alcohol as a flavor carrier, we went the extra mile with Brick Free. Because artificial flavors and preservatives would not have been an option and would not have met our standards. Therefore, the base of juniper, lemon, and cubeb pepper was supplemented with three other natural ingredients. The dominant note here is the bitter-fresh bergamot, which characterizes Brick Free.
In addition, a touch of spicy cardamom and a pinch of tart thyme. Combined with pure spring water, this distillate creates a refreshing and complex taste experience from sustainable German production, bottled in our award-winning bottle design.
